New Patient Consultation – What To Expect:
- 60-minute visit with a board-certified Periodontist
You will receive a top notch exam by a specialist in gum and bone health. - A panoramic x-ray and CBCT, if needed
X-rays will be taken so that we can determine if recession is due to bone loss and/or teeth grinding or abrasion. - A bite evaluation
Most recession is due to a bad bite and teeth grinding. This allows us to offer a wholesome treatment that corrects the cause so the recession does not return. - Checking for gum disease
We will evaluate your soft tissue and bone structure in order to repair bone around teeth at the same time as repairing gum recession.
