Meet Our Sugar Land Periodontist & Team

Mandy has been working with Dr. Dyer since 2002. With her quick wit and warm personality, she makes every patient feel comfortable in our office. Mandy handles all the insurance activity in our office and makes sure the office is running smoothly. Mandy is a 5th generation Texan – originally from East Texas. She is married and has two daughters: one who is attending college at Texas A&M, and one who is married and has three precious kids (Mandy’s pride and joy). Mandy and her husband enjoy spending time at the beach in Port Aransas and floating the river in Gruene.

Brooke joined our team in 2015 as a surgical dental assistant and has transitioned to the front desk. She manages the treatment scheduling of our dental implant patients and oversees their pre-surgical and post-operative visits. If you need to know the status of your implant case, she is sure to know where you are in the process. Brooke is a native Houstonian and loves spending time with her son and fur babies. She likes to travel, try new food, and work out. Brooke launched a photo booth business in 2017, which keeps her super busy.

Sam joined our team in early 2022 and has been in the dental field for over 20 years. Sam is a native Houstonian who has spent the last 20 years traveling and is very happy to be back home in Texas. She enjoys getting to know our patients at the front desk. Sam has two sweet girls; one is in middle school, and one attends college at Texas State. In her free time, Sam enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with her girls.

A surgical dental assistant, Kaitlin has been with our team since 2014. She has over 16 years of dental assisting experience. Kaitlin is a Houston native. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their families and spoiling their 12 nieces and nephews. When not in the office, Kaitlin is busy reading, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors. She is an amazing baker and is our go-to birthday cake lady.

Gaby brings with her many years of experience in the periodontal and oral surgery fields. She has been with the team since 2016. She enjoys improving her patients smiles and helping them feel comfortable. She is bilingual. Gaby is married with two daughters and one son. They keep her busy with their various extracurriculars, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. In her spare time, Gaby enjoys spending time with her grand babies, shopping, and watching scary movies.

Rachelle has many years of experience in the dental field and a bachelor’s degree in public health. She joined the team in late 2022 and is a native Houstonian. Rachelle is married and has a teenage son. Rachelle enjoys spending time with family, reading, collecting nike shoes, and relaxing by the pool.

Jacque is Dr. Dyer’s wife and works part-time in the office providing support for special projects. She has previously worked full-time at our front desk, as well as in higher education public relations and communications. Jacque was born and raised in Corpus Christi and grew up sailing, reading, and riding her bike around town. She enjoys being active at Christ United Methodist Church, traveling with her girlfriends, reading, and going on adventures with Dr. Dyer.

Julie is from Columbus, Texas. She attended Texas A&M Corpus Christi, where she earned a bachelor of science, and then went on to attend WCJC for a degree in dental hygiene. Julie fell in love with dentistry when she would work at her uncle’s dental practice though the summer of high school. Julie now lives in Richmond. She has a girl and a boy. Julie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Maria is our part-time hygienist who has been with us for over 20 years. When she is not working in our office, she is kept busy with many activities, including traveling to Mexico for relaxation and fishing, running, attending sports events, and spending time in Giddings, TX at Twin Creeks Ranch with her family. Her family includes her two children: a son who works in financial services industry and a daughter who practices law in Houston as well as her husband Mick’s children: a son who works at Merrill Lynch and a daughter who lives in Nashville and works for an accounting firm.
